Our Lite Trainer Ankle Socks are made from a sophisticated blend of synthetic yarn that has been specifically designed to help wick away perspiration and ensure a snug, blister-free fit during fast hikes and mountain training in warmer conditions. It has a special open mesh zone on the instep for better ventilation and a 3F construction that hugs the heel for additional stabilization. With additional shock absorption and protection of fingers and Achilles tendon.
